Released in 1997, The Full Monty stormed the UK Box Office becoming the most successful British screen comedy ever. As a film, The Full Monty won the Evening Standard Award for Best Film. This adaptation won the Evening Standard Award for Best Musical and received nominations for a staggering nine Tony Awards. All the characters, laughter and tenderness of the film that the whole world fell in love with are brought vividly to life in this triumphant stage musical. This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Josef Weinberg Ltd on behalf of Music Theatre International of New York.
